The voucher will arrive in a beautiful purple envelope, so just write the dedication and hand over the gift :)

Vouchers are sent the next working day after payment of the order.

The voucher can be used at The Playground store, Na Příkopě 14 in Prague.

The gift voucher can only be used for goods and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the entire value of the gift voucher is not used, the customer is not entitled to a cash refund. We do not accept defaced, damaged, copied or forged gift vouchers. The Playground is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of a gift voucher.
