The voucher sent to your email needs to be confirmed at the information desk directly at The Playground, where you will receive a Playground card, which entitles you to unlimited use of The Playground attractions for the given day - the mirror maze, hydraulic excavators, and the arcade (except for the slot machines that dispense plush toys).

In Flexi Hours mode, winning e-tickets are not loaded onto the card.

The card is issued against a refundable deposit of CZK 20. The deposit is returned immediately after the game is completed.
