WHAT DO YOU OFTEN ASK US?
How do you find out the balance of your Playground card?
At the moment, it is not possible to check the balance online, but at the store, all stations that sell or use the card will check the amount of credits and e-tickets. Both are valid indefinitely, so you don't have to worry about your credits expiring.
Can you purchase shopping vouchers?
Yes, you can purchase Shopping Vouchers in the amount of 500 and 1000 CZK at the cash registers, they are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you buy a shopping voucher as a gift, the recipient can decide for himself whether to use it to buy goods or cards for attractions.
How to proceed in the event of a complaint?
If you have problems with a purchased product and would like to complain about it, please contact reklamace@theplayground.cz . Don't forget to include a description of the defect and the receipt in the email.
Do we have wheelchair access?
Yes, there is an entrance for the disabled in Panská Street, which the staff will be happy to open for you upon request. Unfortunately, most of the attractions are not accessible for wheelchair users or we would recommend that you always consult them individually first. The first floor is reached by a glass elevator in the front of the store.
Can you go to the store with a stroller?
Of course, in one of the entrances you will always find a ramp to allow entry, and the entire store is adapted to movement with a carriage. You can reach the first floor by a glass elevator in the front of the store. To access the changing desk, just ask anyone from the Playground staff.
Can you come in with a dog?
Our building is pet friendly! However, we have to respect the needs of other customers, which is why only dogs on a leash and with a basket - or in the arms of their owner - are allowed to enter. Thank you for respecting this measure. Only people are allowed to enter the individual attractions.
Where can I park?
We recommend that you reach us by public transport, as the shop is within walking distance (3 minutes) from the Náměstí Republiky or Jindřišská tram stops, and you can get directly to Na Příkopě Street by metro (Můstek station). If you come to the center by car, you can use the paid parking spaces in Na Příkopě or Panská streets or the underground parking lot of the Palladium shopping center.
do we have toilets
You can find our toilets on the first floor at the back of the shop and pay by coin or credit card. Before you go through the turnstile, don't forget to take your Payment Receipt to claim your discount on your purchase. To access the changing desk, just ask anyone from the Playground staff.
Do we have a dressing room?
We are preparing lockable lockers for you, for now we recommend using the large shopping bags that are available throughout the store. If you visit one of the big attractions (Papilonia Butterfly House, DIVR virtual reality or Mercuria Lasergame) you can leave your things right there.
Can I pay in Euro?
Yes, you can pay for purchases in Eur, but only with paper bills (coins cannot be accepted) and we only refund in Czech crowns. You can find the current exchange rate at the cash registers.
How much time should I allow to visit The Playground?
On average, visitors spend 2 hours with us, but it can be much more depending on the attractions you decide to use. We recommend coming first thing in the morning or in the early afternoon so that you have enough time, or make a reservation for a specific time of the lasergame or virtual reality game.
