Terms and conditions for participation in the "Lucky wheel"

event at The Playground

​

1. Basic Terms and Conditions

​

1. The event takes place exclusively at The Playground store at 854/14 Na Příkopě Street, Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the store").
    

2. The organiser of the event is Inexad s.r.o., company ID: 28958055, with registered office at Na Příkopě 854/14, Prague, 110 00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
    

3. The competition is open to any customer of the store who meets the requirements under point 2 and who visited the store between 24.6.2024 and 30.9.2024.

2. The "Lucky wheel" promotion
 

1. As a reward for the purchase of the products or services specified in point 3, the Customer will be entitled to a certain number of uses (spins) of the wheel of fortune. Based on the result of the use (spin) of the wheel of fortune, the Customer will be entitled to select a prize from the category selected by the use (spin) (hereinafter referred to as the "Category").
    

2. Once a category has been selected, the customer has the right to select any prize from the list of products or services that belong to that category ("Prize"). 
    

3. The prizes and their inclusion in the categories are determined by the Promoter and the composition and inclusion may change. There is no entitlement of the customer to a specific prize, but only to the opportunity to select a prize from a particular category according to the procedure above. 
    

4. The Customer will accept the selected prize directly at the counter located near the wheel of fortune.
    

5. Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    

6. For valid use (spinning) of the wheel of fortune, the following conditions must be met:
    

   1. the purchase of products or services according to point 3;
       

   2. presenting the receipt issued with the purchase of goods or services, this receipt will be marked by an employee of the organiser
       

   3. attendance by an employee of the organiser at the actual use (spin) of the wheel of fortune;
       

   4. the date of use (spin) must be the same as the date on the receipt. Each receipt may only be used once.
